Inside Kuwait

1. Free cancellation within 12 hours from when order is placed 

2. Items can be exchange and return within 14 days.

3. Delivery company can’t accept return items please contact us for any inquiries 0096594011460.

4. We try hard to accept all returns however they need to be in the original box or bag, securely packed. If applicable, returned items should include tags and necessary packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoes box.

5. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund.

6. Orders that are placed through the website can not be exchanged or refunded in our physical stores.

7. Refunds will be processed in the same payment method (KNET, Credit Card or Cash).

8. For Cash on Delivery orders, delivery fees need to be paid through link, once you pass the order, you will receive a payment link ( SMS and Whatsapp),

Outside Kuwait 

1. No refund or exchange on international orders outside Kuwait.

2. If your country impose duties & Taxes, you must pay it.
